Parking Information
Street Parking
Parking on the street is allowed in Power Ranch during daytime hours, but overnight parking is prohibited. Overnight street parking is enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. If a vehicle is parked on the street overnight without a temporary parking permit, a violation will be issued. Repeat parking violations may result in fines.
Variance Requests
If you have guests staying overnight and you have no available space in your garage or driveway, you can request an overnight parking variance. The Association offers both temporary and long-term parking permits. Check out the information below to see which option is the best fit for you.
Temporary Parking Variance:
- This variance allows for on-street overnight parking in Power Ranch.
- Parking passes last up to 14 days, including weekends.
You will fill out your parking variance request using Oversii, the Association's current security contractor. In your application, you will need to provide the following information:
- Contact Information
- Address
- Vehicle information, including license plate, make, model, and color of the car that will park on the street.
- The length of time you will need the car parked on the street.
- The reason for applying
Once you submit all required information, your application will be sent to the management team for review. Applications will be reviewed based on several factors, including the requested duration and the number of variance applications submitted within a year.
Boats, campers, motor homes, moving trucks, equipment trailers, or recreational trailers can only be parked on your driveway or street for 48 hours. If you are planning to park any of these items listed above you will need to apply for a temporary parking variance.
You will not receive a physical parking sticker for your car after submitting your application. All information is handled digitally.

- All garage spaces, whether two or three-car garages, must be occupied by vehicles.
- All driveway spaces must be utilized for vehicles.
