The Ranch House Park Pavilion is located at the northwest corner
of the Ranch House Lake near the volleyball court.

Amenities

The Ranch House Park Pavilion is 16 feet by 18 feet and located on the northwest corner of the Ranch House Lake near the volleyball court.  t is also the perfect place to celebrate an event or host a fishing party! This covered pavilion gets plenty of early morning sunshine and includes two picnic tables, two charcoal barbecue grills, and garbage containers. There is no electricity or water at this location.  Restrooms are located at the Ranch House Clubhouse.

Rental Rate

The Ranch House Park Pavilion requires a $150 refundable security deposit, due at the time of booking.  The rental fee is $25 for the first four hours ($10 each additional hour). All balances are due in full 30 days prior to the event date. If not paid in full 30 days prior to event date your reservation is subject to cancellation and/or late fees without notice.  Cancellation of your event may result in rebooking and loss of space.

No refunds for inclement weather.  

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to prcainfo@ccmcnet.com.  A $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the secuirty deposit.  If the event is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the event, an additional 10% of the total rental fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
