8 AM to 10 PM
Rental Rates
Pavilions (except as noted below) require a $150 refundable deposit, due at the time of booking. Additionally, each pavilion has a $25 rental fee for four hours of time - $10 each additional hour. Only residents are able to rent the pavilions.
Sunrise & Sunset Pavilion Rates
- $150 refundable deposit and $75 rental fee (includes first four hours)
- $25 each additional hour
- Misting system (seasonal) may be added for $50.
Sunrise, Founders & Sunset Pavilion - Combo Rate
- $150 refundable deposit and $150 rental fee (includes first four hours)
- $75 each additional hour
- Misting system (seasonal) is included at no additional cost
Availability
Pavilions may be rented online.
To ensure staffing availability, we do not accept reservations within 10 days of the time of booking.
