The Carriage House is currently closed for resident daily use and rentals until after July 1, 2021 or otherwise announced.
The Carriage House is a wonderfully inviting space for everyone; whether you use the wifi, hang out in the comfy sitting area with a good book, or schedule a private event in the community room and patio. This building is home to the Power Ranch Association offices and therefore only available for private rental out of office hours.
Private Rental Information
The Carriage House is perfect for private events and may be rented as just patio access or for both indoor/patio access. An outdoor kitchen with sink and mini fridge and an eight-burner propane grill (propane not included) are included with the rental. Restrooms are available inside the facility, however there is no indoor kitchen or oven available in this space. Propane heaters, fire pits and a misting system are available for an additional cost.
The tables and chairs in the community room can be reconfigured, but may not be removed or taken outside. The indoor space has seating for up to 60 people. The patio space accommodates up to 80 people, but seating is limited to accommodate up to 45 guests.
Carriage House indoor community room is equipped with 60 chairs and twelve 36 inch square tables that can be converted into 50 inch, round tables.
You may view the Carriage House at your leisure Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM as this space also houses the Community Association Offices.
This spaces requires a $500 refundable security deposit, due at the time of booking. Deposits are refunded within 72 hours of the event ending.
In addition to the deposit the Carriage House (indoor/patio combo) rental rate is $150 per hour. The Carriage House Patio rented alone is $75 per hour. The Carriage House is available for rent Monday through Thursday from 5PM to 10PM and Friday - Sunday from 8AM to 11PM. Be sure to include set-up and clean-up time when booking your reservation.
All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. If not paid in full your reservation is subject to cancellation and applicable fees without notice. This could result in a loss of space and rebooking by another guest.
All cancellations must be received in writing to the PRCA office. Any cancellations prior to 30 days from the event will result in a $125 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the security deposit.
The Carriage House is available to Power Ranch residents only and may be reserved online up to one year in advance. No rentals are permitted during regular office hours.
