Per the Governing Documents for Power Ranch, on-street parking between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM is not allowed without an authorized PRCA permit. A temporary on-street parking permit may be issued upon request for guests and residents needing temporary parking due to visitors, home repairs, etc. This permit is NOT LONG TERM. We will respond to your request within 24 hours on business days. Requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your temporary permit will be available at the front desk of the Association office located in the Carriage House (4546 E Haven Crest) during normal office hours (M-F 8am-5pm). Less…
