The CC&R's (section 4.3.19 through 4.3.21) state there is no overnight street parking. However, with Power Ranch being a family-oriented community, we value growing families. Therefore, if a homeowner has met the following requirements, they may be issued a long-term parking pass for the length of six (6) months. Prior to the end of six (6) months, the homeowner must re-apply for a long-term parking pass.
If you do not meet any of the requirements above, your request will be denied.
As a reminder, per the CC&R's, homeowners are not to store vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, etc.
In order to be considered for a long term parking pass you must be utilizing all garage and driveway spaces as mentioned at the beginning of this form.
Please supply pictures that support your request; an example would be pictures of garage and driveway that has vehicles parked in it proving you are utilizing all of your available spaces.
It is the responsibility of the requester to renew pass before expiration.
