Pools are open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM

The Cypress Knolls Pool area includes:

There is no lifeguard on duty and there is no electricity offered at this pavilion. All residents and their guests must obey the Power Ranch pool rules. The Cypress Knolls Pool and its restrooms are only accessible with your resident amenity fobduring pool hours.

Rental

The Pavilions within the Knolls Pool areas are available for rent by Knolls residents only.  Each pavilion requires a $150 refundable deposit, due at the time of booking and $25 rental fee for the first four hours ($10 each additional hour). The maximum number of guests must not to exceed 25 people. We do not offer exclusive use rental agreements at this time.

No refunds due to inclement weather or unexpected pool closure.
