Facilities

The Ranch House Flex Space is very light and bright with tile flooring and a view of the Ranch House pool to the north and the lake to the west. There is a partition wall that can be pulled closed to block the view of the kitchen and workout room or left open for full access to the space. The fitness studio is not included with the rental. 

The flex room is 30' x 19' with seating for 48 guests. The room has eight 36" square tables that transform into 50" rounds with seating for six. The 36' x 18' display kitchen is included with the rental of the flex space and offers additional space for up to 18 people, and room to add additional banquet tables. Maximum capacity for the combined spaces is 66.

The kitchen includes two convection ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, an extra large refrigerator, and freezer, an island gas cooktop, under cabinet LED lighting and an enormous island with seating and/or serving. There is also an access door on the north side of the kitchen for easy entry for caterers and to make load in and load out easier.

Bathrooms are accessible from an outside entrance. The parking lot is shared with the Carriage House, Ranch House Pool Pavilion, Soccer fields and multiple covered pavilions.  All overflow parking is available at Power Ranch Elementary.
